Fasting can choose 1 day (the full moon day), 3 days (before the full moon day, on the full moon day, and after the full moon day), or 6 days (3 days before that or after that).

Fasting is from 11 pm to 11 pm the next day.

Precautions of fasting:
1. Drink more water.
2. Sex is forbidden.
3. Beginners can eat one apple per day.

For arcanum of fasting, you can practice 1 to 3 times a day, equal to three meals.
1. The mantra in the beginning (3 times):
ang sh wah ni hong be ben ni lo
2. The mantra in the end (1 time)
moa doa wah mi di lan di
rui wah moa roa boa
sh ni soa lu na lo ong hong
doa poa jie
boa fu lo nay ye
