Khalistani separatist leader Lakhbir Singh Rode has passed away in Pakistan, as confirmed by his brother Jasbir Singh Rode. The 72-year-old, who styled himself as the chief of the banned groups Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) and International Sikh Youth Federation, had been conducting his activities from Pakistan for an extended period.<br /><br />Lakhbir Singh Rode, a relative of the deceased Khalistani militant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, was involved in running the outlawed KLF from Pakistan.
