Marikina sounds second alarm as river level hits 16 meters<br /><br />The city government of Marikina sounded the second alarm after its river's water level reached 16 meters at 11:11 a.m. Thursday, July 27, 2023. With the second alarm, residents near the Marikina river are warned to prepare for possible evacuation.
