EX-LAWMEN YIELD

Two former policemen implicated in the alleged kidnapping of an online cockfighting operator in Laguna surrender to the Philippine National Police's (PNP) anti-scalawag unit in Region 4A. BGen. Warren de Leon, chief of the Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG), said Rigel Brosas and Daryl Paghangaan were convinced to surrender after a series of negotiations on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2022.
