जनप्रतिनिधियों (public representatives) के भाषण पर किसी भी तरह की पाबंदी लगाने से सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रोक लगाने से इनकार किया (Supreme Court refused to ban the speech)। सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने कहा कि संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19(2) में दिए गए प्रावधान (provision given in Article 19(2) of the Constitution) के अलावा किसी और तरह की पाबंदी नहीं लगाई जा सकती है (no other kind of restriction can be imposed)
