Cooking Al Pastor Meat: Expectations vs. Reality

'Things don't always go according to plan and Carlos T. learned this the hard way.

This fiery footage features a boy trying his hand at cooking a famous Mexican dish, and to say that things don't go in his favor would be an understatement.

The video starts off with Carlos' cousin putting the al pastor meat in a pan the right way. Then, the next shot features the filmer's brother trying to do the same thing, only for things to go wrong as the concrete explodes, sending the pan flying.

"Watch my cousin and brother doing pastor the Mexican way, lol," Carlos said. "It's an ideal example of expectations vs reality."
