Aryan Khan Granted Bail in Drug Case 🚢

Aryan Khan gets bail <br /><br />The Bombay High Court granted bail to actor Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in the cruise ship drug case. Aryan is the prime accused in the case.<br /><br />The plea was allowed by single-judge Justice Nitin Sambre.<br /><br />Apart from Aryan Khan two other co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also granted bail.<br /><br />Aryan Khan was taken into custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 2, 2021 after the NCB raided a cruise ship en route to Goa from Mumbai.<br /><br />He was arrested on October 3 and charged with offences under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. <br /><br />He was remanded to NCB custody till October 4 which was later extended till October 7. After that, he was remanded to judicial custody.
