What is "Bhoo-Samadhi" and its traditions?

Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad president Mahant Narendra Giri urged in his suicide note that he should be given 'Bhoo-samadhi' and this samadhi should be given near the lemon tree in the park, which will remain near the samadhi of his guru.
