US top diseases expert Anthony Fauci says "transparency and openness" must be used to convince people on vaccinations. He was giving a virtual address to the Association of American Medical Colleges, as global hopes of overcoming the coronavirus pandemic are boosted after a second vaccine was found to be nearly 95 percent effective.
