What Is Good Friday And Easter? How They Are Connected To Lent, Ash Wednesday

Easter is a Christian holiday that celebrates the belief in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Easter is the last holiday in a series of religious traditions, starting with Lent, a 40-day period of fasting, prayer and sacrifice, that begins on Ash Wednesday and ends with Holy Week.
