Venod Sharma arrested in front of SSC office at Panchkula Haryana

Venod Sharma belonged to a political family, which was associated with Congress party. His father Pandit Kedar Nath Sharma worked with former Prime Minister of India, Smt. Indira Gandhi. Venod was interested in the area of social service from his college days. Once he completed his graduation, he got actively involved in the social cause of women empowerment. Along with his social initiatives, he gradually got involved in political activities
Venod has a political career of more than 40 years. He has been a MLA thrice, once from Punjab (Banur -- 1980) and twice from Haryana (Ambala City -- 2005 & 2009). Venod has also been Member of Parliament from Rajya Sabha.Recognising his talent, the late Prime Minister of India P.V. Narasimha Rao inducted him in his cabinet as Minister Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (inducted in 1995). He served as a minister in Haryana cabinet during the first term of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.From more than four decade Venod Sharma is server Haryana state for development point of views. He has worked as Central Government to Haryana Government for well development. As the thinking of Venod Sharma is different from other politician, he always raises the issue of public and supports them to make strong their voice. He stated his political career from congress party, given big support Haryana public who works hard for their livelihood.
