About this video

A study of 2,000 adults found career frustrations, relationship worries and missed opportunities are among the top regrets. Almost eight out of ten are languishing in a job role they don’t like, with the same number believing they haven’t achieved everything they want to. In addition, one fifth of Brits reckon they could be doing better in their relationship – with 20 per cent wishing they could be more spontaneous with their partners and have more sex. Of those who have ticked off key achievements 15 per cent rated quitting smoking as their biggest accomplishment, more than those who said setting up their own business or paying off a loan topped their list.
