Ingredients:- For Roti/Chapati Dough:- 1 cup Wheat Flour ¼ tsp. Salt 1 tbsp. Oil Water (75 ml for 1 cup Flour) Ghee For Puri Dough:- 1 cup Wheat Flour 2 tsp. Semolina ¼ tsp. Salt Oil Water (60 ml for 1 cup flour) For Naan/Lachha Paratha Dough:- 1 cup Refined Flour (Maida) ¼ tsp. Salt. 1 tsp. Oil Water (80 ml for 1 cup flour) Onion Seeds Method:- Roti/Chapati Dough:- - Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough. - Cover with a damp cloth for 10-15 minutes. - Make lemon-sized balls and flatten with a rolling pin as shown in the video. - Roast the flattened dough by applying ghee and serve hot. Puri Dough:- - Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a hard dough. - Cover with a damp cloth for 12 minutes. - Make balls of the dough of desired size and flatten with a rolling pin as shown in the video. - Heat oil and fry the dough for 20-30 seconds each side and serve hot. Naan/Lachha Paratha Dough:- - Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough. - Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest. - Make balls of the dough a little bigger than a lemon and flatten with the rolling pin as shown in the video. - Then stick onion seeds to the dough and roast the on a pan as shown in the video and serve hot.
