Troops and armed police are to be deployed at key locations around the UK, following Friday's terrorist attack at Parsons Green Underground Station. Speaking on Saturday, the Home Office Security Minister Ben Wallace MP says the decision to activate 'Operation Temperer' is designed to reassure members of the public and deter would-be attackers, but raising the UK's threat level of 'Critical' (its highest) means security services believe a further attack is 'imminent'.
