“Is this is budgetary decision-making just conservative revenge or is there a real financial logic?”
Is that a real question? Is there a financial logic in not wasting taxpayer money on propaganda? That is the logic. Don’t waste money on propaganda. That’s the logic.
Here’s a good question for them, though: Revenge for what? Ask yourself that, CNN.
