I wanted to check the frequency reading on a Vincy VC99 Mulitmeter.

Brand Name: Vichy (Name change to Vici 1 May 2014)

Model Number: VC99

So I used the tone command in an Arduino Leonardo Compatible to send out a frequency with pluses on LED's to indicate the frequency being generated.
