Gaza peace talks continue while Israel deploys troops on the border

Egypt and UN officials are pressing Israeli and Palestinian negotiators in Cairo for measures easing Tel Aviv's blockade of Gaza, although such steps fall far short of a complete listing of the siege. Meanwhile, although the cease fire remains in effect, Israel is deploying troops along the border.
