The Insane Clown Posse of the St. Johns County Commission, Jay Morris - District 4, Cindy Stevenson - Dist. 1, Rachael Bennett - Official Developer Representative and Dist 5 and Ron Sanchez - He cannot remember what Dist but it is 2, beat down conservative Bill McClure for being an independent representative who refuses to go along with their tax, spend and borrow mentality. Bill is a threat to their plan to raise the sales tax and the King of the County, Administrator Mike Wanchick who needs a contract extension and needs Jay Morris and Ron Sanchez re-elected to ensure him a new contract and a new pile of money to waste.
