Wrong-Way Driver Hits Family During Traffic Jam 🚗

Dashcam footage captures the moment a family's car was hit by another vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road to dodge a traffic jam.<br /><br />Joseph Incomio, 25, was in the car with his mother, brother, and sister when they saw an oncoming 'jeepney' in Cavite, Philippines, on August 17 at 2.45pm.<br /><br />The driver, Joseph's sister, tried to pull over to the middle lane to avoid the approaching truck but it was too late - and it shunted into them.<br /><br />Footage shows how the jeepney was driving into oncoming traffic on the wrong side of the road. <br /><br />Joseph, a civil engineer, said: ''The driver counter-flowed despite the concrete barriers. <br /><br />''All of us were safe after the crash The driver claimed that his brakes were not working but I don't believe it. <br /><br />''In my conclusion, he was trying to get away from the other cars.''<br /><br />The operator of the jeepney transport firm admitted liability and paid for the damage to Jospeh's family's vehicle.
