BIS703 5 - One Time Pad Cypher

This is an encryption technique which is better than the double transposition cypher. In this technique, a randomly generated key is first produced. The key length is same as that of the message. We can cypher in two ways: using xor operations with message and key are in binary format or modulo operations.
