Few weeks ago, some athletes were stopped from participating in Chinese kung fu tournament by Indian authorities. Reason was that China has provided stapled visa to three athletes from Arunachal Pradesh.

since 2009, China is providing stapled visa instead of regular visa to residents of Jammu Kashmir and Arunachal, as they don't consider it as India's territory.
