Mystery of the Third Person in Jamison Family Footage

When the bodies were found, more investigation happened and police found surveillance footage from a camera outside the Jamison family home. It is on surveillance footage where Sherrilynn and Bobby go back-and-forth the truck multiple times and sometimes just stand there. It does seem that there is a third man in the video though.
