WhatsApp's new pin message feature allows users to pin any type of message in a conversation, including text, polls, and emojis. Pinned messages can help keep group chats on task.
▶️ Here's how to pin a message on WhatsApp:
1) Tap and hold on the desired message.
2) From the context menu that appears, tap More options.
3) Select Pin.
4) Choose the desired duration for the pinned message: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
5) Tap Pin again to confirm.
On Android, the message will appear just below the person's name. On Apple devices, users can swipe right on the message to see the option to Pin. Admins have full control to allow individual members from pinning messages in groups.
