Thinking that they were actually having something that is high in QUALITY and promise as claimed by Nestle they skipped rest of the alternatives and decided to go for KITKAT. <br /><br /><br /><br />However, they were proven wrong. Most of the KIKAT packets contained worms (yes live worms), maggots and obviously tasted awful. The couple was embarrassed and humiliated to have opted for such a disgusting thing.<br />they brought up the matter with the Nestle where each and every officials were very much arrogant and replied back with their made up theory that the couple must have done something wrong by storing it improperly. <br /><br /><br /><br />However, it was bought in the morning for the party in the evening. <br /><br />We have an official reply from nestle saying <br /><br /><br /><br />"Being a consumer centric organization we treat all complaints with care and follow a rigorous approach in our investigation which includes investigation of end to end process of manufacturing starting from raw material to packing of the product, detailed investigation of reference samples and complaint sample. In addition to this, as part of this investigation, relevant production day records and other quality records are comprehensively checked.<br /><br />We have taken serious note of your complaint and conducted a series of investigative checks at our factory.
