An introduction to PRINCE2<br /><br />PRINCE2® means PRojects IN Controlled Environment. PRINCE2® is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide. <br /><br />We at "projectingIT" prepare delegates to appear for the APMG PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Level Project Management Certifications and pass them successfully.<br /><br />Delegates will be provided with a project scenario and the course will use PRINCE2 to run the project. Templates will be provided to prepare the project documentation.
