What is ASMR? ASMR is that warm tingly feeling that a lot of people feel running from their head, down their neck and through their bodies or if you are like me, feel super relaxed and get goosebumps. This feeling can be triggered in many different ways including whispering, personal attention (i.e. getting your eyes tested), listening to certain sounds such as tapping, scratching, paper or plastic sounds many more.
