Landslides can occur on every type of surface, whether sandy or rocky. It also happen both on land and underwater. There are many reasons of landslides, some natural and some man-made, and the effects can be little to severe devastation!

We cannot prevent natural disasters, we can always make an effort to mitigate their effect. We must encourage people to protect nature, plant more trees and stop deforestation.
