Understanding Firewalls in Cybersecurity 🔥

To help councils tackle growing cyber threats, the Local Government Association has released explainer animations on cyber security concepts. These short videos are aimed at non-technical audiences, to raise awareness and increase understanding among council officers and councillors, and aid decision making by senior leaders when engaging with cyber risk.

This video will define the terms network and firewall, differentiate between a boundary firewall and internal firewalls, and outline some good practice around configuring firewalls.
