The IRAQ They Don't Want You To See

In this video we aim to show you the side of Iraq the Western media won't show you. We leave our beautiful homestay in Baghdad and catch a local shared bus to Slemani in Iraqi Kurdistan. We hit up a great food street (salim street) where we find some great locals and eat some awesome food. The next day we grab a coffee with the locals before finding a local shoe cleaner to get our sandals looking fresh again. We then explore a local Friday market and grab a juice (which is what this area is famous for) and it did not dissapoint! We then end the video by showing you what a Friday afternoon in the city looks like in a quiet park where we grab a coffee and a cake whilst listening to some Kurdish music.
