That is why private key encryption is also called symmetric key encryption because the same key is used during both encryption and decryption of the transmitted data. In this video, I will also use an example to demonstrate the process of using private key encryption. Two different methods -stream encryption and block encryption- of private key algorithm are also depicted with animation.
