Virtual Instructor-Led Training Tips: Keep It Short 📚

This series is a how to on Virtual Instructor-Led training sessions. This is tip 1 of 5. In this session, Doug Staneart of Fearless Presentations shows how you can increase retention of material in your students if you schedule multiple short virtual sessions versus a single longer session.

The value of live instructor led training is the potential for interaction. So if you try to cover too much material in too little time, you defeat the value of having a live session.

In addition, virtual training is more cost effective. So you can schedule shorter and more frequent sessions without adding the expense that would be involved in in-person meetings.
