Gen Z Boss and a Mini, continued Itty Bitty Titties and a Bob, 5'3 and an Attitude, is a viral video posted by the Instagram account tbh skincare (@tbhskincare_) in July 2024 in which several Gen Z women are singing an original song about each of their characteristics. The video followed a then-recent TikTok trend called Boots and a Slick Back Bun of people singing about themselves in a circle, following the same rhythm. The Gen Z Boss and a Mini video was labeled cringe by many Instagram and Twitter / X users when it was reposted with the question, "Is this the longhouse?" Discourse and memes about the video often centered on the Gen Z women exhibiting so-called "Millennial cringe."
