Vietnam: A Television History Part 1 Roots Of A War 1945-1953 (Unedited VHS version)

This is the original unedited version of the groundbreaking documentary Vietnam: A Television History. The unedited version is very hard to find and I am happy to share it here. This is a PBS series produced by WGBH-Boston.

This series covers much of the same ground as Ken Burns' new series. I like this series better because we get to hear from the people who were actually involved in the war, as most of the key players were still alive when this series was produced in the early 80s.
