Uttar Pradesh Budget Highlights: State Contributes 8% to India’s GDP 📊

Uttar Pradesh Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna presented the Budget in Lucknow Vidhan Sabha on February 22. He said that the state has contributed to 8 per cent of the country’s GDP and the growth rate of the state is encouraging. <br /><br />Suresh Khanna said, “The state’s contribution to the country's GDP is more than 8 per cent. In the year 2021-2022, a growth of 16.8 per cent has been registered in the Gross State Domestic Product, which was higher than the country’s growth rate.”
