Get started by creating a 4000x1000 composition.

Create a black background and another solid. Apply the grid effect to the top solid layer.
Change the grid to width and height slides, then adjust the width and height to 167. Set the border to 3.

Now create white border with the rectangle tool. Make sure the border is only at the top and bottom of the composition.

Now import your grid composition into a main composition. Then apply the CC Cylinder effect.

Set the rotation x to -45 degrees the rotation z to 90 degrees and alt-click the stopwatch for rotation Y. Type time*20. Set the render to outside.

Now duplicate this layer and set the render to inside.
