Update on 3D Printed Polish Enigma: First Rotor Completed

I have successfully made one rotor now and the technique works great. The pogo pins and flat copper rivets work very well. I need to make two more and finish the wiring before continuing. But the rotors are showing up other issues in the machine around how rigid it is which will also need addressing. This shows a lot of the experimenting, reprinting and re-engineering that is needed to make a machine like this work in plastic.
