Today we did guided meditation for Unblocking 7 Chakras. In all our previous meditations we unblocked the chakras by focusing on their physical location and chants. In this powerful meditation, We are meditating on the problems that block the chakras and through this awareness, we one by one let go of the thinking patterns and problems out. Hope this helps.
