Files may contain images or Steganograms after encryption. You can rename the encrypted file or image (for example, removing the .f5 from the filename), and it will still decrypt correctly with the right password. This will reveal the hidden message or text. Before making any changes to important files, it's advisable to test a sample to become familiar with the process.
