Chinese spy scandal not 'in vacuum' says UK security minister<br /><br />Britain's security minister says the UK is facing "pernicious and complex" threats from foreign states, while being grilled by lawmakers on a suspected Chinese spy who became a confidant of disgraced royal Prince Andrew. The businessman Yang Tengbo has been banned from entering the country.
