Typhoon 'Tino' (international name: Kalmaegi) floods highways, damages homes in Cebu<br /><br />At least 26 people have been killed and hundreds of thousands displaced as rains driven by Typhoon 'Tino' flood swathes of the central Philippines on Nov. 4, 2025.
