Typhoon Jenny (international name: Koinu) may exit the country’s area of responsibility on Thursday afternoon or evening, Oct. 5, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).<br /><br />In its 5 a.m. bulletin Thursday, PAGASA located the center of the eye of the typhoon 140 kilometers north-northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.
