📹HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol): HTTP stands for Hypertext Transfer Protocol, which is the foundation of data communication on the World Wide Web. It is an application protocol used for transmitting hypermedia documents, such as HTML files, images, videos, and scripts, on the internet. When you enter a web address (URL) into your browser, the browser uses HTTP to request the web page from the server where the website is hosted. The server then responds by sending back the requested files, allowing you to view the web page in your browser. HTTP operates on a client-server model, where a client (your web browser) sends a request to a server, and the server responds with the requested content.

📹DNS (Domain Name System): DNS, or Domain Name System, is like the phone book of the internet. When you enter a web address (like www.fireshark.in) into your browser, your computer doesn’t directly know where to find that website. Instead, it queries a DNS server, which translates the human-readable domain name (like www.fireshark.in) into an IP address, a numerical label assigned to each device connected to a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication. Once your computer knows the IP address of the server hosting the website, it can establish a connection and retrieve the web page through HTTP.

In summary, HTTP is the protocol used for transferring web content, and DNS is the system that translates human-readable domain names into IP addresses, enabling your computer to access websites on the internet.
