Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick detailed the costs, stating, ‘For an individual, it's $1 million, and for a corporation, it's $2 million.’ Trump emphasised the need to retain talent from top universities like Harvard and Wharton, lamenting that graduates currently ‘have to go back to India, they have to go back to China’.
