The first trial against Trump since he took office starts on Monday-- Gov. Newsom v. Trump -- and its historic, as the first time an Administration has ever been put on trial for a criminal violation of the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act by using Federal military troops on domestic soil for law enforcement purposes.
