Trump Clashes with Starmer Over Iran War 🇺🇸

Donald Trump has once again erupted at Sir Keir Starmer, seemingly taking another brutal swipe at the Prime Minister as US-UK relations reach breaking point.

The US President spoke during the annual White House Easter egg roll, using the opportunity to once again seemingly attack the UK for what he sees as a lack of action in the Iran war.

He appeared to compare the Prime Minister to Neville Chamberlain, most famous for the policy of appeasement towards Nazi Germany before the war.

Flanked by a giant Easter bunny, Mr Trump said: "They have a long way to go. The UK has a long way to go ... We don't want another Neville Chamberlain, do we agree? We don't want Neville Chamberlain."

The US President unsurprisingly dedicated most of his speech to the Iran war, which he admitted he wants to carry on so he can seize the country's oil.

He said: "If it were up to me, I'd take the oil, I'd keep the oil, we'd make plenty of money." However, he added that he'd end the conflict because it's what the American people want, and he wants to make them "happy".

Mr Trump also repeatedly called the Iranian regime and its negotiators "lunatics" during his White House speech, as he bragged of enabling a "total regime change".

The US President said: "You can't put nuclear weapons in the hands of lunatics."
