I have always been able to sense and hear spirits. Just recently though I have been able to see apparitions and shadows. I will start with the newest activity. <br />I have been living in my home for 6 years. The last owners lost it and were under a lot of stress so I smudged my home to clear any negative energy. Also many homes in my neighborhood are haunted.
