Transitioning from day trading to swing trading!

When I made the transition from day trading to swing trading, I found myself continuously analyzing my trades back in the lower time frames. I didn’t start seeing success until I truly committed to JUST trading in the higher time frames, 4hr and above! Has this been something you’ve struggled with when making the transition?
