Transforming Blue Springs: Downtown Master Plan Insights with Kevin Klinkenberg 🚧

Watch Kevin Klinkenberg, Principal of 180° Design Studio, in Blue Springs, Missouri, the site of where 180° Design Studio (http://newurbanismblog.com/) did a downtown master plan in 2006 and then a form-based code, in 2007, was adopted for the larger downtown area. This doesn't look like a typical downtown environment because were on the edge of it in the mostly residential area. <br /><br />"What we wanted to point out today was some of the smaller projects that can happen when you do a really good detailed master plan that has consensus as well as a form-based code," explains Klinkenberg.
