RSIL in collaboration with the UNODC Pakistan conducted a week-long training on ‘Examination Strategies during Terrorism Trials’ for the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Prosecution Department in November 2018. The training entailed lectures, panel discussions and mentorship sessions on various examination strategies and corresponding legal framework, the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 and Pakistan’s International Obligations to curb Terrorism. The training concluded with a mock trial session testing the participant’s examination skills and legal knowledge, followed by constructive feedback by Judges on the panel.
