In London, a crook is stealing valuable jewels. Spike and Tyke are assigned to protect the valuable Star of Punjab and it is stolen right from under their noses. Miss Red, the beautiful singer who makes the crowd scream, is framed for the crime. Sherlock Holmes is involved in the case and Moriarty is the prime suspect. Tom and Jerry decide to assist Miss Red.
